Not every story ends with a job offer — and that’s okay. Some interviews teach lessons that shape how you show up forever.

He had prepared hard for a marketing role — researched the company, practiced questions, and rehearsed their STAR stories. But when the actual interview started, something felt off. The panel seemed distracted, cutting answers short, and jumping from topic to topic.
