Hello, I’m Ashar Saleem, Founder of InterviewFlo. Twenty-five years ago, I arrived in Canada as a newcomer, full of hopes but unsure how to break into the job market. Despite strong skills, I quickly learned that success wasn’t just about qualifications—it was about confidence, storytelling, and connection in interviews.

That experience inspired me to create InterviewFlo: a place where job seekers can prepare, practice, and shine.
