HOW OUR COACHING WORKS

You’re not bad at interviews—you’re under pressure. We keep it simple: diagnose → simulate → drill. You leave with a plan you can follow.

1) Diagnose your pattern (5 minutes)

  • Quick warm‑up and goals.

  • Spot your main trigger: freeze / ramble / blank.

  • Choose one focus for today. You get: the top 3 fixes we’ll work on.

2) Mock & rescue (30–35 minutes)

  • Real questions with timed answers and short follow‑ups.

  • On‑camera cues: eye line, pace, pause.

  • Rescue lines to reset if you get stuck:

    • “Give me a moment to pick the best example.”

    • “Let me break that into two parts.”

    • “I don’t have the exact number; here’s how I’d estimate it.” You get: a private recording (available 7 days).

3) Practice plan (10–15 minutes)

  • Simple scorecard with your top 3 fixes.

  • A 7‑day micro‑drill that takes 10 minutes a day.

  • Templates: 30‑sec opener, STAR/SOAR cues, rescue lines.

What a 60‑minute session looks like

0–5 warm‑up → 5–35 mock Q&A → 35–45 on‑camera skills → 45–60 debrief & plan

7‑day micro‑drill (10 minutes/day)

  • Days 1–2: 30‑second opener (record once; watch pace).

  • Days 3–4: 2 STAR stories (90 sec each; include a metric).

  • Day 5: Practice 3 rescue lines, clean and slow.

  • Days 6–7: Mini‑mock: 1 opener + 1 STAR + 1 follow‑up.

Before your session
