The Trickiest: “Do You Have Experience With X?” (When You Don’t)

Bluffing is dangerous—interviewers will find out. Honesty plus adaptability is far more impressive.

Tips:

  • Admit what you don’t know.

  • Highlight transferable skills.

  • Share how fast you’ve learned tools before.

Example answer:
“I haven’t worked directly with Salesforce yet, but I’ve managed CRM migrations and learned new systems quickly. For example, I picked up HubSpot in under a month and trained my team. I’m confident I can do the same here.”

Most Employers value learning ability as much as current skills.
